Complimentary Jewelry Cleaning & Inspection  

INSPECT

During a jewelry cleaning, we will first inspect the integrity of your piece, checking for worn-down metal, reviewing the security of gemstones, and ensuring prongs have not been compromised from normal wear and tear. We will alert you to any potential issues we find, keeping a customer facing microscope handy so that you can see what we are talking about!

CLEAN

If everything looks good, we'll then clean your piece according to recommended methods.

 

POLISH

If you'd like to freshen up & brighten your jewelry, like before a special event, we can buff out small scratches and polish dull metal for a small fee based on the size of your piece.

BRIGHTEN

We also offer rhodium plating where we 'dip' white gold to bring it back to that consistent, bright, white. Rhodium plating adds a layer of protection, making jewelry more resistant to scratches and tarnish but can wear off over time, especially with frequent wear, and may need to be reapplied to maintain the jewelry's appearance.
